Request from majority of Mods to spec

Spec... We, as speaking for most mods, would like permission to use water
Many a times when there is a need for water example a farm. We have to wait for an admin to online. with us Mods combined with admins, we would have a high chance of being online when there is a need of water. For example, a friend ARCtrooper of mine requested for water... thou i could not give him any. He requested for me to post this quite a while ago and personally i think its a good idea. Id think we would have many in favor for this request for the constant need of water. We Mods would like to do slightly more than just wait to kick or ban. There was an earlier post about this however unanswered. Thank You for reading and please take this request into consideration -Kamikaze, Needing water xD

Will be added on next revision, coming on 2nd Nov (where server will no longer have epic downtimes. hopefully)
