need help getting on the server

hey guys srry i havent been on the server for a month or so but i just got so caught up in school srry i didnt tell u guys and y cant i get on the server it says my name is to short or to long can someone tell me why.

If you check some of the server update posts you will see its been an issue for everyone. Spec will be working on it so you all can get back online soon. Just had a major update so he has some debuging to do.
