Why do you want to be an admin? : I want to help the server more and more when i log in uselly something is broken by hackers or grifers....and i cant remove bed rock or when some streets are griferd i dont the the recources to fix them

Anything special:Yes I vote evry day for minecraft server we were with 4 votes now i made it 6 i have a idea if players vote the server up 1 time a day they get like 3 diamonds or 4 and the next day they can get the same they just need to show proof of them voting up
