It allows to summon and mount dragons. You can add permission to who can or who can't mount/summon a dragon.

You can make stations that act like warps. You set a station, summon a dragon, then type the command to fly on the dragon to another station. It basicly works like warp but in much much cooler way. You can though just use WASD to fly the dragon.

P.S If X-Lands ever becomes an RPG server, this plugin + this http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/heroes/ plugin would make the server really RPGlike and epic.

Seems too... well... i dont like it... until they add skele dragons or something maybe skinS and yeah ill like it... im sick of the black and purple dragon all the time

i don't like this. even if spec agrees to this, i don't think ill ever get permission to ride the dragons.
